Marianne helps menopausal women lose stubborn pounds and get fit, and regain the energy & vitality that they've lost over the years. She completely changed her life by adopting a whole food plant based diet and incorporating positive lifestyle changes. Now at age 66, Marianne leads an incredibly active life - running 25-30 miles a week, cycling 100+ miles a week, and swimming 2-3 miles a week. She's passionate about helping ladies in this age group realize "60 can be your new 20". Marianne resides in beautiful Englewood, Florida.

My Story

Ugh, as long as I can remember, I always wanted to be like those perky athletic girls.I was sedentary and overweight. I was eating the “standard American Diet” and I just I never felt good and was always struggling with my weight. As I was looking at my parents, I could see my future. My parents aged before their time. Like me, they were sedentary and consumed a nutritionally poor diet. Sadly, they both ended up in nursing homes, living a low quality life for the last several years of their lives. This was NOT the future I wanted for myself!

I thought the answer was with my weight, so I would “starve” myself, take diet pills and attempt ridiculous fad diets, only to get sicker and feel even worse. Little did I know, I was destroying my health.

Then in my early 20’s, after reading “Diet For A Small Planet”, I embraced a whole food plant based diet. I felt energized, which enabled me to pursue one of my ambitions, And years later, at 40, I fell in love with running.

Now at age 66, I run 25+ miles a week, cycle 100+ miles per week, swim 2-3 miles a week + weight train 3 days a week…I am out of bed by 4:45 am ready to rock n’ roll. I feel better at 66 than I did at 20.
